A Swiss daredevil reached the English Channel after a 10-minute solo flight with a homemade jet-propelled wing. The Swiss guy named Yves Rossy jumped from a plane at more than 8,800 feet flew his jets and made the 22-mile trip from Calais in France.The jet-propelled wing, which has wing had no steering devices, is made of carbon composite and weighs 55 kilograms (121 pounds) when loaded with fuel and carried four kerosene-burning jet turbines. Many spectators think that this is an amazing achievement. He is like a rocket man.
