Be active!
Do you think you are overweight? Many people are frustrated that they can’t do anything about it. They think it is hereditary and part of their genes. Yes, that is scientifically true. There’s a way to beat that family history by just getting 3-4 hours of simple and moderate activity a day. Curious? Doing some activities for a few hours every day might help you lose your weight and eliminate excess fats. Think about it, take a brisk walk for an hour or so instead of watching TV. Don’t park your car really close to the store but take advantage of walking. Use stairs instead of elevators, walk instead of driving as much as possible, and do some fun activities such as playing in the park, swimming and many others. Be active.
