Belated Happy Easter

Belated Happy Easter to everyone. I did not have enough time to post Happy Easter here yesterday. I got busy and plus, it was Sunday. It is always a Family Day. Yesterday, we went to a Filipino store. We got some organic tofu (surprising they have it there), chinese eggplant, some ingredients for taco, black bean sauce (I was glad that I got one so I can mixed it with vegetables) etc. We were surprised to see that Walmart, Costco and Target were closed. We thought that they'd be open on Easter Day. Well, that was all I can say here in my post. Again, belated Happy Easter to everyone!!!
