A tribute to one of the nation's most important historical events, made of cheese. The artistTroy Landwehr has spent a week carving a 2000-pound block of cheddar to show the signing of the Declaration of Independence in honor of the nation's 232nd birthday. At the photo shown many visitors check out the sculpture in New York, on July 3. Isn’t it amazing? And it looks yummy to me! I could make a big grilled cheese out of it. haha
