Tofurky vegetarian roast

Are you ready for "Thanksgiving day"? We are ready for the holiday. We are going to have a Tofurky vegetarian roast. You might be wondering what Tofurky is. Tofurky is a meat substitute that is round in shape and stuffed with herbs, mushrooms and wild rice. It also comes with cranberry-apple potato dumplings, delicious gravy and a "wishbone" meatless jerky. Since we are vegetarian, we prefer to have Tofurky for Thanksgiving day. It has been a traditional food for vegans and vegetarians on holidays and occasions. It is made of seitan or wheat gluten and organic tofu. You can find Tofurky in different meatless products such as deli slices like fake ham, turkey etc., sausages, franks, and jerky. You can find Tofurky at healthy food grocery stores like Wholefoods.
