rare quadruplet twins case

A Nigerian gave birth to a two sets of twins; boys and girls. It was unusual set of quadruplets. It was identical girl twins and fraternal boy twins. It was done Caesarian Section. The girls weighed 2 pounds and the boys weighs more than three pounds. The babies were being treated at the neonatal intensive care unit.
