very busy

I have been very busy lately. We are having a major renovation for our home so it will be ready for sale. I can't wait to get things done. We are not even half done yet, I am already exhausted. Grrr.. It is such as a big project for this year. And hopefully, we could buy a nice cheaper and bigger house this year. Our house right now is not that big. It is only a two-bedroom house. Anyhow, I pray that the real estate market will still go down. I heard that next year real estate would bounce back. I don't know how true it is but before that happens I hope we bought a house. I am kinda excited for it. I will just cross my fingers.
