Kimchi

Do you like Kimchi? I love kimchi. It is one of my favorite appetizers. I would like to make kimchi but I don’t have recipes yet. Kimchi being the Korea's best-known spicy pickled cabbage dish. Anyway, in Seoul, Korea, 2,200 volunteers dressed with made 143 tons of kimchi from 58,000 heads of cabbage yesterday outside Seoul's City Hall. Koreans customarily prepare Kimchi in the fall on annual rite called the "kimjang," and they jam-packed into giant pickling jars and buried in the ground to ferment. Just thinking of kimchi, it makes hungry South Koreans and foreigners — braved a cold snap to make said Kim Sung-tae, a Seoul government official.
