Google will launch their Android operating system for mobile phones. This first mobile device built around Android will be carried by T-mobile. The Android phone will compete with Apple's iPhone and RIM’s BlackBerry. Google Inc. believes that they have the aptitude to provide powerful service through mobile phones for consumers.
The Android operating system is similar to Linux. It has exciting programs that will be available for users such as one that can track family members’ location in an emergency, offers a short cooking video, and many others. It is said that Android will creat a new attractive environment to advance modernization and make it easier to bring new ideas to market.
