Before you even get up from bed in the morning, do 10 stomach crunches while lying flat on your mattress. Increase daily by one until you get up to 100. You'll get there until you know. Try it. You have to set your clock to wake up 15 minutes earlier,before you go to work. It is a small price to pay for a flatter stomach. I have to work on this, My skinny but I kinda have a flab in my tummy. hahaha. I was glad to find this tip.
