reducing your calories

Today, I am going to share some tips in reducing your calorie intake. I don't really drink cow's milk but soymilk. But for those who like to drink cow's milk or love dairy products, take this tip. When you buy dairy products, choose the low fat ones. Fats are major calorie inputs so low at reduces the calorie you intake, and at the same time you get o enjoy a wholesome meals. So, don't forget that! Take note of fats in dairy products.
