Coffee lovers

Coffee drinking does not appear to increase a person’s risk of early death. In fact, research shows,it cuts a person’s chances of heart disease. Researchers that coffee drinkers, particularly the women, experienced a small decline in death rates from heart disease. Drinking decaffeinated coffee was linked with a small turn down of reduction in overall mortality risk. Some studies have pointed out that coffee is a great source of antioxidants, substances that may protect against radicals that can damage cells and play a great role in heart disease, cancer and other diseases.
Actually, coffee can make your teeth brown. I don't drink coffee every day maybe once or twice a month. I don't like the effects of it, it makes me hyper. haha But for those coffee lovers, this is a good news for you, guys!
