There are many people who are striving hard in losing weight. I know some people succeeded by exercising, eating more vegetables in their diet, having a 300 calories goal in a day, Lap-Band and stuff like that. But I would say that the best thing you can do is eat more veggies as well as exercise regularly. I am not against Lap-Band but if you think this method can best help you. Go for it. There is reversible surgery if you want to remove it. In my next post, I will talk more about this surgery.
