Do you want to know some tips on flat-belly summer foods. Summertime is coming. Food there and here! Barbecue! Ice cream! Popsicles! Soda!!! Chocolates! Well, as much as we can we should avoid these foods. I got some tips from the net today and I would like to share these thing to you, guys. These are the foods that we should include in our diet:
1. Spinach- I love spinach! I sautee it onions, garlic and tomatoes. Yummy! It is muscle-builder is a rich source of plant-based omega-3s and folate.
2. Yogurt- be sure the label should say "active and live cultures".
3. Tomatoes-it is rich in lycopene, thus it can decrease the risk of cancer.
4. Carrots - it is rich in carotenoid, it can reduce the risk and severity of inflammatory conditions such as asthma and rheumatoid arthritis
5. Oats- with soluble fiber, which reduces the risk of heart disease
